Henry Jaramillo
Henry Jaramillo is the former President and CEO of Ranchers State Bank in Belen. He attended the University of New Mexico and New Mexico State University and received a Bachelor’s of Science and Masters from California Western University.Henry has devoted much of his life to civic, educational, political and professional service, with a long list of public service to the state of New Mexico.

Henry’s public service includes Ranchers State Bank Chairman, Valencia County Commission Chairman, University Of New Mexico Board Of Regents Chairman, and New Mexico State Police Board Chairman. Other organizations that Henry has been actively involved in include the Governing Board of the American Bankers Association, the South Western Graduate School of Banking, the American Bankers’ Association Governing Council, the New Mexico Bankers Association, the United Way—Greater Albuquerque, the Hispanic Cultural Foundation, and the Consumer Advisory Board for the US Treasury Department. In the area of education, Henry served on the New Mexico State University Foundation and later on the Board of Regents of the University of New Mexico. He also was a founder of the New Mexico School of Banking at the University Of New Mexico Anderson School Of Management.

He has been a member of many civic organizations, including the Elks Club, Belen Chamber of Commerce, Knights of Columbus, and Boy Scouts of America.And, he is a recipient of the National Jewish Lifetime Achievement Award, National Jewish Hospital, Denver, CO.

Even in retirement, Henry continues to hold office hours, providing mediation services for estate planning and work conflict resolution, and currently serves on the Advisory Board of First American Bank.
