Ken Huey, Jr
Since October 1982 he has served as the Treasurer of the State of New Mexico Air Force Association and served as President of the State Air Force Association. As a member of the Llano Estacado Chapter of the Air Force Association he has served as Vice President for Community Partners for 18 years. He has been President of the Llano Estacado Chapter for 10 terms.
Mr. Huey has lived in New Mexico for 44 years. He has made his home in Clovis for the past 34 years. He is a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University in Portales with his MBA. He currently serves as the CFO and Director of Access Anytime BanCorp. Inc.
As a member of Team Cannon Air Expo Committee over the past 30 years he has fund raised to help sponsor the civilian flying and static acts at Cannon AFB Semi-Annual Air Show.
He has served as Chairman of the Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce's Military Affairs Committee. He takes pride in serving as the Honorary Commander to the Command Chief Master Sergeant on Cannon APB, the Base's senior enlisted person.
He has served the Boy Scouts of America as an adult leader, as the Chairman of the EI Llano Grande District, of Clovis and later as President of the Conquistador Council, of Roswell. He has continually raised funds for the Council and been recognized for his commitment.
In addition to his support of the men and women our military and the Boy Scouts, Mr. Huey has supported Eastern New Mexico University. He has served on a Presidential search committee for the University, the University's Business Council, University's Friends of Eastern Foundation, and the Alumni Board. He was awarded the University's Distinguished Alumni Award in 1996.
Mr. Huey served as Chairman of the Clovis Planning and Zoning Committee, board member of the Curry County United Way, and member of the Kiwanis Club. The Clovis Board of Realtors named Mr. Huey their "Citizen of the Year" in 1991.
