Dr. Daniel H. Lopez
Dr. Daniel H. Lopez has enjoyed 25 years of service in the public sector. He currently serves as President of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Prior to serving as President of Tech, he was Vice-President for Institutional Development for four years and Director of TERA for two years. The Board of Regents has recognized him for dramatically improving the working relationships among faculty and staff at Tech along with representing Tech as President of The Council of Presidents. As spokesman for the Council of Presidents he advocates on behalf of the four-year colleges and universities in New Mexico.
For eight years he has served on both the Board of Directors and Executive Board of New Mexico First as well as chairing numerous committees in the organization.
Dr. Lopez was previously Secretary of the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration.
Mr. Bingham served for over ten years on the Board of Directors of the New Mexico Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, including serving on the national board, and two terms as a director with the Rio Grande Underground Contractors Association, New Mexico's Workforce Development Board and, a member of the City of Albuquerque's Personnel Board.
